- Write and optimize advanced SQL across SQL Server, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric (Warehouse/Lakehouse).
- Design and maintain analytics-ready data models (dimensional/star schemas, curated layers, reusable views/tables).
- Build, enhance, and performance-tune dashboards and reporting in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic models) and Tableau.
- Use Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy; optional scikit-learn/statsmodels) for data wrangling, statistical analysis, forecasting, experimentation support, and automation.
- Implement data validation and quality controls (reconciliation, anomaly checks, refresh monitoring, metric certification).
- Develop within Microsoft Fabric using relevant components (e.g., notebooks, Dataflows Gen2, pipelines, Lakehouse/Warehouse, semantic models) as applicable.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools (e.g., Copilot for Power BI/Fabric/M365 and other approved assistants) to:

- Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and performance optimization.
- Experience with Snowflake (warehouse concepts, optimization/cost awareness, security basics).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse concepts; pipelines/dataflows/notebooks; semantic modeling).
- Strong dashboard development skills in Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance) and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Python for analytics and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted tools productively with appropriate guardrails (validation, privacy, reproducibility).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and independent delivery skills.
