We are seeking a strong Python Developer with experience in AWS and data engineering technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, AWS Glue, ETL/data pipelines, and SQL.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and data processing solutions.
• Build and support ETL/data pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.
• Work with AWS services and SQL for data-related development and processing.
• Develop asynchronous processing/API solutions using AsyncIO where applicable.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with AWS, PySpark, and AWS Glue.
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines.
• Strong SQL/data-related knowledge.
• AsyncIO experience is a plus.
• Data modeling experience is preferred.

Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable application platforms and cloud-native services. This role requires strong hands-on backend engineering experience across Java-based microservices, event-driven distributed systems, APIs, MongoDB, AMQ, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, and production-grade backend solutions that are secure, resilient, observable, and aligned with business needs.Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Java, and microservices architecture, with practical experience applying AI to software engineering practices.
• Extensive hands-on backend development experience in enterprise application environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex backend initiatives involving microservices, APIs, AMQ-based messaging, integration services, data platforms, cloud-native deployments, platform modernization, and production enhancements.
• Strong experience designing and implementing AWS-based, event-driven distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, MongoDB, AMQ or similar messaging platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and SQL/relational databases.
• Kubernetes experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of backend engineering, API design, data modeling, MongoDB schema design, event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, enterprise integration patterns, application security, performance tuning, and resiliency.
• Experience following software engineering best practices, including clean architecture, secure coding, automated testing, peer reviews, deployment discipline, compliance, auditability, observability, and production readiness.
• Ability to evaluate technical options, participate in architecture and design discussions, independently implement solutions, and develop POCs or demos for emerging technologies.
• Experience supporting production applications through incident triage, debugging, root-cause analysis, resiliency improvements, logging, monitoring, alerting, and continuous reliability improvements.
• Strong individual contributor with the ability to own complex deliverables, collaborate effectively, mentor peers, and improve overall code quality.
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners, architects, business stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver quality backend solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Advanced degree preferred.
