Contract Full Stack Developer
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Python Developer to support an enterprise-wide third-party divisional data integration initiative.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data model development, data integration architecture design, and solution implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience in software design, development, integration, and testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, microservices, and frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
- Expertise in SQL, including complex query development, analysis, and optimization.
- Experience working with relational and cloud databases such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL, along with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Ability to analyze and integrate large datasets from multiple data sources.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs, including REST-based services for data-driven applications.
- Familiarity with development and deployment tools such as Jira, Eclipse, Git, Bitbucket, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Experience designing and executing unit tests using Python testing frameworks based on business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Python development ecosystems and tools including Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, and scikit-learn.
- Experience building data processing pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing large-scale data migration and transformation pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources using tools such as PySpark, Databricks, or Airflow.
- Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Tableau and other reporting tools.
- Experience implementing OAuth using PING Identity.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to assigned projects.
- Ability to design and lead implementation efforts while collaborating with DevOps teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline orchestration.
