Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Java or Python, modern frontend technologies, and continuous integration and delivery practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications while collaborating closely with the team in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance software applications using established engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on application architecture, system design, and technical implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to support effective delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve application issues in user environments, ensuring software reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of team development practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to clarify requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework.
  • Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), preferably using Jenkins.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with collaborative software development, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
