Contract ServiceNow Developer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Application Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC, custom application development, integrations, and workflow automation. This role involves configuring and enhancing out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while delivering scalable, business-focused solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer.
- 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong hands-on experience with GlideRecord queries, scripting, and REST API integrations.
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Proficiency with Integration Hub, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and update sets.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, service catalogs, portals, and security roles.
- Build integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
- Develop business rules, script includes, flows, notifications, and scheduled jobs.
- Perform data imports, functional testing, and deployment activities.
- Create technical documentation and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Agile sprint cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC) certification.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
