Job Description

We’re in search of an experienced Sr. Business Analyst who also excels as a Scrum Master to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate, with 6 to 8 years of experience, will spearhead the implementation of Scrum and Agile methodologies, fostering seamless communication across various channels and contributing to the enhancement of our cutting-edge digital and other sales experience channels. This role plays a crucial part in elevating our product lifecycle management and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project scopes and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of Scrum and Agile methodologies across project teams, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in a technology-focused environment.
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Supervise the development of user stories and backlogs, prioritizing tasks with maximum value aligned to project strategy.
  • Offer coaching on Agile practices and Scrum to teams, enhancing their comprehension and application.
  • Ensure project work design and implementation adhere to company standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues and initiating corrective actions as required.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical departments, communicating project status and fostering collaboration.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies, applying best practices in all project endeavors.
  • Demonstrate leadership in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts.
  • Skilled in conducting research on project-related issues and products.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at managing strict deadlines.
