The UX Design Lead is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and design quality for the .com deposits experience in close partnership with cross-functional teams. This role ensures alignment between business goals, user needs, and scalable design practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and strategic partnership for .com deposits, collaborating closely with product, tech, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage designers, guiding project execution, shaping strategy, and delivering clear, actionable feedback.
- Ensure designs leverage reusable AEM components; identify and flag opportunities for new components or enhancements.
- Define and evolve team processes in collaboration with the quad (design, product, engineering, content).
- Maintain and manage Jira tickets, while supporting design and content partners in keeping work organized and on track.
- Present design strategies, progress, and outcomes to leadership and other teams as needed – including business line, product, design, dev and shield
- Collaborate with Authors, Developers and QA on delivery
- Incorporate the new brand in new ways across .com
- Works with marketing, SEO and Business Line partners to gather feedback and implement a solution that takes all business needs into account
- This role combines hands-on design leadership with operational excellence to deliver consistent, scalable user experiences.
