Top Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on UX, design research, psychology, journalism, social science or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of UX research experience
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to facilitate collaborative sessions

Job Description:

• This role will support Commercial and Institutional Banking with UX research.
• We are looking for a senior UX researcher with a strong foundation in research principles to conduct and deliver excellent user experience (UX) research for the corporate and commercial segments. This role will work with product and design to understand the business needs and craft research that answers critical business questions as well as crafting measurable objectives against which UX research work will be evaluated for success.
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellent skills in stakeholder management, scoping, methodology selection, research, facilitation, artifact creation, and presentation skills. In addition, they will have experience executing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, analysis, and reporting be able to determine the best approach to the work based on the timeline and potential impact of the work.
