Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer with extensive experience designing and programming electrical and automation systems for custom industrial machines. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, testing, startup, and customer commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical controls and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong experience with PLC and HMI programming, particularly Allen-Bradley.
• Experience designing industrial control panels.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with VFDs, motors, and servo/motion control systems.
• Hands-on experience with FAT, startup, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of NEC and UL 508 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Siemens PLC, Safety PLC, FactoryTalk, or EWON experience is a plus.
