Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with IT program/project management experience and a background in financial services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and skilled in stakeholder management, project coordination, and executive communication. Experience with capital markets, credit risk, or technical systems migration is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Analyze and visualize data to support business decisions within capital markets processes.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and support resolution efforts.
• Prepare management reports, project updates, and executive presentations.
• Document project requirements, changes, decisions, and outcomes.
• Review existing processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of capital markets operations, products, and data flows.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• IT program/project management experience, preferably within financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets processes and data, including trade lifecycle, settlements, market data, and financial instruments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies or relevant project management certifications is a plus.
