Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with experience in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills and experience building scalable backend services, integrating AI models, and developing intelligent applications using modern AI frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and AI-powered solutions using Python.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications to support intelligent automation, content generation, and data processing.
• Develop and implement solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and embedding technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services to support AI-driven application functionality.
• Work with AI frameworks and libraries to develop, test, and optimize LLM-based applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and response quality.
• Implement testing, debugging, monitoring, and security best practices for AI applications.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development and backend application engineering.
• Experience developing or integrating AI/ML or LLM-powered applications.
• Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and model integration.
• Experience building REST APIs and working with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Exposure to commercial or open-source LLMs, including OpenAI models, Anthropic Claude, or open-source alternatives.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services, particularly Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment of AI applications.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling, or workflow automation.
