Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to design and implement a new workflow solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, security management, and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Configure user access, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to maintain data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Lead Administrators, contractors, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to support iterative delivery.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), operational performance, and Treasury Management metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and support to business partners while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder and workflow automation.
• Experience configuring custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and user permissions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative project delivery.
