Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to enhance digital experiences and stay ahead of evolving economic, competitive, technological, and customer needs. In this role, you will evaluate emerging AI capabilities, define reusable patterns, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions that scale.

  • Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities by running proofs of concept and comparative assessments.
  • Develop reusable AI enablement patterns (for example, retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based approaches) aligned to enterprise-approved applications and guidelines.
  • Use REST APIs and tools such as Apigee and GitHub to automate and streamline existing processes.
  • Assess and improve API monitoring and operational excellence using tools such as API Metrics, Datadog, and Splunk.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, define solution designs, and lead technical discussions focused on process automation using agentic AI.
  • Analyze data across multiple tools and systems to identify and deliver automation use cases.
  • Create, support, and enhance low-code automation solutions (including Power Apps and Power Automate flows) that enable product publishing and notification activities.
  • Bring strong technical aptitude, systems thinking, and hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms (this role is not strictly a traditional software developer position).
  • Identify common publishing and notification patterns across federated teams and translate them into shared, reusable automation approaches.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years working with APIs
  • 2+ years in AI development
  • 3+ years Python experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Agent orchestration (goal-based planning, tool integration via APIs, and memory management).
  • Python, LLM frameworks (for example, LangChain or CrewAI), and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, API governance, and developer portals.
  • Prompt engineering: design, writing, and refining prompts to achieve desired AI outcomes.
  • Experience building interfaces with Power Apps and automations with Power Automate (for example, email notification workflows).
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong information design, visual presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong influencing, partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complexes, highly visible tasks and deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and design.
  • Preferred technical skills: Java or Python; NLP/LLMs; agentic AI; vector databases; Power Apps/Power Automate; Postman; Datadog; API Metrics; Splunk; and MCP.
  • Preferred non-technical skills: problem decomposition, AI safety guardrails, and managing agentic workflows.
