Contract Full Stack Java Developer
Job Description
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with backend development, system integrations, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, DB2)
- Experience with Git, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, Eclipse, and SQL
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, test automation, and Agile development
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in Capital Markets or Payments is a plus
- IBM MQ experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise payment applications
- Build scalable full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support production needs
- Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
