Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support the development of model analytics solutions for a mortgage portfolio. The role will work closely with business partners and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver web applications for the Finance division.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, including Java 8+ libraries and open-source technologies.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience with database querying and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Gradle and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, including JUnit and Mockito.
• Understanding of application performance diagnostics and analytical tools.
• Experience developing mock-based testing, including positive and negative test scenarios.
• Experience with AI-assisted automated test suite development is a plus.
