Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager – Go-to-Market to support business readiness, change management, and adoption initiatives for digital products and services. This role will serve as a key liaison between product teams and business stakeholders, ensuring internal users and business lines understand upcoming product changes, releases, and required actions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, experience developing training and communication materials, and the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams. This position is well suited for a professional with experience in change management, product communications, business readiness, or digital product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and change management strategies for new and enhanced digital products, services, and processes.
• Partner with Product Management, Technology, Operations, Training, Marketing, Sales, and business teams to ensure organizational readiness for product releases.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, leader communications, awareness content, and self-service resources.
• Develop standardized communication, training, and adoption approaches to support product launches and ongoing enhancements.
• Manage and maintain product-related content, ensuring materials are accurate, current, consistent, and aligned with established brand standards.
• Support training initiatives, including eLearning content, train-the-trainer materials, and other educational resources.
• Lead and enhance SharePoint-based resources supporting product information, communications, and business readiness.
• Track and communicate the status of assigned initiatives, key deliverables, risks, and readiness activities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from business users and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve product adoption, user experience, and ongoing communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure business needs are understood and addressed prior to product launches.
• Support issue resolution and post-launch activities to promote successful adoption and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, change management, business readiness, communications, or related areas.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft SharePoint and digital content development.
• Experience developing or managing eLearning modules and training content, preferably using Articulate.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate complex product changes into clear, user-friendly communications and training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting digital product launches, adoption, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with tools such as Scribe, Articulate, and SharePoint.
• Experience creating user documentation, training curricula, leader guides, and self-service learning materials.
• Experience working with Product Managers, Technology teams, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions.
