Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 7+ years of experience in UI development and UX design, with strong expertise in React/ReactJS. The candidate should have experience working with analytical or actuarial tools and knowledge of the Insurance or Property Insurance domain.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in UI development and UX design.
• Strong hands-on experience with React/ReactJS and frontend development.
• Experience with Java and MongoDB.
• Background in analytical or actuarial roles/tools.
• Insurance or Property Insurance domain experience.
• Experience working with JSON data sourced from MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop React-based user interfaces for actuarial tools.
• Identify and resolve performance issues when working with large volumes of data.
• Gather requirements and develop solutions in collaboration with business partners.
• Develop, test, document, review, and maintain software components.
• Prepare test plans and participate in module and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support application enhancements.
• Conduct design and code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.
• Communicate technical designs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
