Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, AWS, and CI/CD, along with the ability to work independently, take ownership of solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and maintain automated unit and integration testing using JUnit and industry best practices.
  • Work with Maven/Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application delivery.
  • Understand and support existing Python applications, including analyzing functionality and converting applications or components to Java when required.
  • Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver proof-of-concepts when appropriate.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot application issues, and implement enhancements across environments.
  • Follow established security, coding, testing, and deployment standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, SQL/databases, JavaScript, JUnit, and Maven/Gradle.
  • Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to understand, execute, and troubleshoot existing Python applications and translate functionality into Java.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively deliver solutions.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as VS Code or Amazon Kiro.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of Angular or React.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka.
  • Strong or advanced SQL
  • Experience with additional AWS services and modern application development practices.
